I heard from someone that they lost one in two weeks. lol It's amazing how many stories I here about people unintentionally buying these things.

A nice (and perhaps unintentional?)

The huge number of unknowledgeable, unrealistic, unethical (intentional or unintentional) and inexperienced wholesalers operating with no oversight produces problems for seller's and hurts the reputation of the real estate industry.  

@Jonathan Bowen I know it's an old post but it bares commenting since I unintentionally found this in a Google search. 

I have no idea about how to market to divorce lists but unintentionally everyone of my tenants are recently divorced moms with teenage kids.

They unintentionally reveal they are dishonest hucksters lying to homeowners.

Here is the definition: Negligence is unintentional but irresponsible conduct that leads to an injury.

If they are hot, and the dry leaves/grass come in contact with the bare wires, that could start a fire, not to mention a person/pet touching them unintentionally getting electrocuted.From the picture it looks like it is fairly new (10 years or newer)

Things such as that should be explained IMO as we may be making unintentional mistakes just because we don't know.BTW, I'm not big on the badge thing either.

Again, maybe I misinterpreted your post (and if so, I apologize, it was unintentional), but my response certainly seems to logically follow my interpretation, indicating that at very least I read your post.
