😳This is caused by a combination of buyers not being able to afford to buy with interest rates back up above 7%, and seller’s not wanting to budge on their sale price...a standoff.My guess is 2025 will likely be just like 2024 and 2023 if rates stay above 6%....

They can't afford the double deposit, indicating they live on the edge at the moment.

We still see positive cash flowing deals here with appreciation potential at really affordable price points. 

Being in our 40’s, we still have a lot of time to make investments, so we can afford a little patience to see how things turn out.
