Unfortunately do not like tenants and toilets and thats why I invest in land. 

I have been spoiled and do not deal with tenant and toilets, I invest in vacant land. 

There was no toilet flange, so no firm seal to the pipe... 

I mean what are you going to do run water and plumb a toilet and tie into the existing sewer/drain field?

As you can see, they have a pattern of not honoring their word, so their "agreement "means squat.

But a toilet being clogged or the AC going out just happens.

For a start, this usually means replacing a low toilet with one that is at chair height and adding safety grab bars to the bathroom/shower.

Now the sellers son has decided to stay and squat at the property for another month til the end of september, with the exception all of the escrow security funds coming back to me (buyer), am I entitled to split or give up any of the escrow funds with the sellers son due to him squatting in my new property.

No shower just toilet and sink.
