Especially if you have siblings that can come back at you.

Holiday season sucks when siblings are fighting among each other.  

Not sure if I should continue to use it because of all the maintenance and my young siblings live in the home as well.

The only thing I can think of is to eliminate all entries that have the same last name of the PR and decedent realizing that I'm getting rid of potential siblings, children, cousins, etc. 

I say this because he cannot sell the property which also is in need of repair and he has to pay out his siblings (brother and sister). 

Currently I can sell it or gift it or a % of LLC to whomever to decrease the tax burden of receiving cash flow to only me (maybe spread amongst all of us) and when eventually selling we would all get smaller amounts aka less tax burden.Since we are a family company I can make my Father the sole owner of the property or myself, or a split between all of us siblings included.

Hello BP community, My grandmother and her siblings own a home and plot of land in Newnan, GA.

Someone had passed away and the siblings were looking to unload the property as quickly as possible.

I do consider myself a "third parent" to my six younger siblings also living at home and sharing my room... but that's an entirely different subject. 

@ Jon: they need funds for assisted living expenses and a smaller home purchase in adult community. and of course split among the siblings.
