What does the process look like from start to finish? 

Has anyone perfected this process?

Ive been asked numerous times by folks if I could act as their GC for build-to-rent/build-to-sell properties.- How would this work from a lending perspective?

I work with an auctioneer who is selling a 103 unit hotel at auction in the southeastern part of the US.

County is not helpful or forth coming of process. 

You have to sell to realize your gains, and will lose on the transaction at this time.  

Depending on the fee schedule and activity this can cost significant transaction fees and always includes some red tape and extra processes to go through.

Now ... save, save, save and repeat the process with any lessons you learn from this.Cheers!

Either pay it back in ten years or when I sell I have to give a % of the equity to the lending company. breakdown$2,200-$1,100=$1,000 profit what are your thoughts?
