Anyone have experience as HOA Management in what happens to revenue when property owners losing their houses?

(They still had the risk tolerance to do it, so lucky can be interpreted in different ways here)I just came back from a business workshop where the lowest allowable revenue was 200k and most folks were over 1m in revenue a year.

.- Mobile is home of Mardi Gras which brings in a whopping quarter-of-a-billion dollars in revenue and sends hundreds of thousands of tourists to the city each year.- Mobile has the only cancer research center along the upper gulf coast providing a wide array of medical jobs to the area.- Mobile’s low cost of living and doing business provides a desired aspect to renters that can’t be achieved elsewhere, which provides a steady influx of renters thereby decreasing vacancy rates.

There may be PM models out there that are hospitality based that can drive up revenue, and possibly not be 25%+ for you.

We make 90% of our booking revenue in Maine from May to October.

It seems to me sites like AirDNA and other revenue estimators for STR's seem to be giving me what I feel is an unrealistic number, my question is how accurate are these estimators?

Pretty funny actually.The overall revenue wasn't far off, but it had our best month as February.

We only have this on our 3+ bedroom and it is not a big revenue generator except on our largest houses which do not have much competition as it stands.

Max occupancy is a considerable factor driving your property revenue potential.
