Are there alternative strategies you’d recommend for this market or nearby markets which are of commuting distance to Danbury?

I am posting here because I am looking for some advice or recommendations from other investors who can recommend a lender that they had a pleasant experience with.

yes there are DSCR no ratio programs at higher interest rates 30 years fixed. so refi out of the bridge to that if 100% needed.. not recommended as i said unless no other option. get it rented.
