I love real estate and am aware of al the headaches but yet am still really excited by this proposition, it s been a while since I felt this passionate about working. 

That's a ridiculous proposition.

It becomes a very expensive proposition!  

Sounds like a lose/lose proposition to me.

The less sophisticated the Vendor, the bigger the education process and the less likely they are to accept the proposition - despite the fact they will see more in their pocket overall.

I have a few builders in mind and I have a few value propositions I think I can offer these big guys.

Often it is stated as USP "Unique Selling Proposition."

That's a scary proposition to put yourself on the hook in your individual capacity.

Making it passive can, in a lot of situations, making it a losing proposition.  

I get the argument that you built the framework for customers to build from, but Wordpress itself is also a framework that customers can build from, you've just built on top of Wordpress to make it more 'investor friendly' which is of some value - I guess I'm trying to determine the value-proposition of the framework compared to someone who pays a designer a one-time fee to build them a similar end-product of a fully built-out IC site.
