Owner occuppied loans regualted in every state .. must have state license and NMLS registration.NON owner occ loans on 1 to 4 units are regulated same way in about 15 statesin the other states they are unregulated.Keep in mind though investor loans do not follow the same rules as owner occ and rates can change charges can change closing dates can be blown through etc

Mind you, we have never communicated prior as another one of the investors was dealing with him.If instructions would have been given as a whole, what we were expected to produce verses what they did rather than piece meal it at critical times, there would be no problem and no one would be upset.

because I was paying my bird-dogs vs having them pay me and just promise how someday, maybe just maybe they will bring the grand-slam of a deal and then I will be paying them oh-so much $$$$$ Seriously, from those buying into this I gotta understand how your mind works, no insult meant, I am genuinely intrigued and baffled because if it's a good deal you can go to any number of investors and get $, not a one will charge you for the opportunity to present them deal.
