We have a duplex we purchased in 1999 in Mission Beach for $375k (80% LTV).  

My mission is to develop Long Term, mutually beneficial Relationships with Equity Investors by Creating a Lucrative, Predictable and risk managed Income Stream for us both.

It can start off as simple as your business name + logo + mission statement.

The Fed is buying agency backed paper to keep the backend markets liquid (which is Fannie and Freddie's primary mission, market liquidity, rather than affordable housing, etc..these other goals are secondary to liquidity).

We also have a heart for missions work and would love to help in other nations and volunteer locally for months at a time and pour into and give back to others.

I have experience doing rehab work from mission trips (installing electrical, putting up drywall, painting, etc), but it's been some time.If anyone is rehabbing out in LA, let me know!

Sometimes several dwellings have one meter.This is why I suggested the owner, if he wants to do the right thing, should get all his own facts.........On it's face, the way described, if the contractor did use the neighbor independent water - that neighbor should not pay for the extra costs.A fact finding mission, including where lines are and what meters gauge what is the crux of the case and could produce unknown facts. 

We manage buildings in Mission Hill, South End, and Kenmore currently.
