So whether devices such as computers, phone boosters etc...are considered "small appliances" is not even part of the equation because usages, or unintentional usages has nothing to do with the installations.What is clear is that the circuit supplying the kitchen walls and counters cannot be split off to power undercabinet lights or kitchen island lights, and cannot be split off to power "any OTHER outlets", the key is the interpretation of "other" here.

That actually woke me up and I immediately got dressed and drove to the property and sure enough, the backyard is saturated with water, and the entire back alley was flooded.Now Fort Lauderdale has a usage schedule that the per 1000 gallon price shot up exponentially as your usage increases.

Property 2, Unit 2 had the inherited tenant move out, so I took the opportunity to make some cosmetic repairs that I will most likely need to Property 2, Unit 1 when the tenant moves (though I am not pushing them to move out anytime soon).I actually have zero cash in the properties, so a cash-on-cash return would seem inappropriately high.
