I’d recommend checking them out there also some other real estate investing membership groups but I prefer the smaller size because I believe that in the meet ups you actually get a stronger connection.

Or, and I'm sincere, perhaps its quantity not quality that drives membership and advertising?

I just upgraded my account to be a "Pro"!  That is all, just excited and wanted to share!!

Fyi their membership requirements are pretty lax but need someone in family that was in military.

The membership is 45.00/year.

Some of the costs involved are licensing fees, continuing education, errors & omission insurance, general business liability insurance, increased auto insurance, realtor board membership dues, sentrilock fees, css fees, mls fees.
