I'm guessing they have census tract data in the database that can automatically determine that.

Managing over 1,000 properties we've have found that if you stay in touch, keep the inspections on tract, lines of communication open you have a better chance of success. 

If you want to tract equity, you need something like QBO. 

The new properties we are intending to purchase with the 1031 exchange would be 4 new construction single family tract homes for rental purposes (they would easily be completed within the 6 month window and many are half completed when purchased).

West Redding is a nice area and there are some older homes that have been remodeled in the Garden Tract Area.

Just curious..I knew a landlord here in Oregon ( I met him as I bought a timber tract from him)  but when I was at his office ( he owned 150 homes in Portland) the office was full of turkey's  LOL.. he says he gives a Turkey to all his tenants on Thanksgiving and something for Christmas cant remember..
