@Nicole W.I had a client go with the pipe relining and it was a fraction of the cost versus traditional methods.  

We installed them in the main home and the ADU for a fraction of the cost I was originally quoted for the ADU alone.

Recently I received an offer to purchase fractional ownership in a property in Memphis from a startup called Lofty AI.

But there are others that claim 'all-in-one' property management - leasing, rent collection, 24/7 maintenance request/coordination, lease renewal, etc (such as caretaker, hemlane, etc) which i feel includes all that an on-site property manager does but in a fraction of the monthly cost.

Interesting concept from the founder of Zillow where there is fractional ownership and flexible use of previously pipe dream homes. 

Properties are selling well above list, a fraction of say $250k is still a lot.Good luck.
