Much like wind insurance in FLA and TX went way up because of Hurricanes i can see fire insurance going nuts in these areas as well. lastly were is the man power to all of a sudden rebuild a community that took 30 years to build in the first place..

Looks like they are just fishing for gifts unless of course you are much more to them then just their landlord.

Think about give a man a fish/teach him to fish.

It's been driving me nuts that for every little job that I'm too lazy or incompetent to do I have to pay someone else hundreds of dollars just to show up and take care of it, but I don't really have enough work to hire a permanent worker (16 units in Austin).

DSTs and TICs are real estate products so you have to enter the marketing field as a competitor with other real estate products on the retail end - and that's a big field.It's a tough nut.  

Don't discount your rents for renters trying to fish for a deal!
