What matters more is how easy can you get there, how often will you be there to learn, how good is your team. 

Second, you're incorrect about where the savings come from when paying extra principal and there's a real easy way to show you. 

At that time DG was easier to work with( they are still easy to work with in aspects, but once a company gets big some things change and more and more stuff gets larger especially the cost to build to suit.

I skimmed through it .. basically they are saying take a loan on your house  then loan that money to a credit worthy company/individual and make the delta just like any lender in the US that uses OPM to lend to others and make the delta.. although they talk about a sweep account so if your on top of it you can knock down your interest quicker than doing it manually. the real question is who are these credit worthy partners to lend to.. this could go turtle very easy .. 

It's easy to cheerlead and harder to actually DO the work.

It's just human nature to take the easy road and market the heck out of the listing.  

Not an easy thing, but saving 20% or more on the cost of a new home seems well worth the time and effort if you ask me.

For many, their downfall (and really what makes it so easy) is that it is a single-entry system. 

It may not be so easy to just replace the company you have.
