I am an entrepreneur and now taking baby steps to begin to invest in Real States and be able to make my first flip!

Additionally I am working diligently to build my sales business and pass on the knowledge and experience I have gained as a real estate entrepreneur to my clients... as a Professional Realtor.

I heard Sean Snaith from UCF speak last week at the National Entrepreneur Center regarding the economy... if some don't see the correction coming then they are not looking.

I am also a budding entrepreneur in CT and I am looking to learn and invest in buy and hold commercial (apartment) properties.

While there are some downsides, the new entrepreneur is usually much more interested in tax savings than they are in retirement plan contribution maximiziation and the like.For the future, I would recommend that you take real estate advice from your broker and talk to a CPA about taxes.  

I would imagine they are very good at their unique value offeringl.That is just my opinion as an entrepreneur and not as an investor.
