It looks like the eastern seaboard and Washington state are getting hit the hardest (as of today) 03/14/20.Maine and Seattle have both halted evictions (according to other posts in this site).The San Francisco area looks like it's getting a lot too.

The eastern Massachusetts market is tricky because of the value of the homes coupled with the amount of investors looking for deals.

Can any Boston/Eastern MA investors recommend a reliable attorney to reach out to when I find deals?

I just allowed a local to book our cabin...They work in Gatlinburg and are from some Eastern European country originally (thinking Ukraine).

In my local market (Eastern Idaho) its tough to find 1% rental property most of the time, but this one actually meets the criteria. 

I figured I'd have better luck researching property managers in Allentown and finding one that handles eastern PA. 

I'm an investor in the Eastern NC area as well, and it's a great area to be looking.
