Keep the faith brother!

The government is currently throwing everything they have at this "crisis" and they will keep doing so until the people lose faith in our currency; our nation; and our socialist government.

I do think that the government learned their lessons when they let Lehman go BK and they WILL NOT let that happen to another large financial company that has debt spread around everywhere like Lehman did (money market funds almost went under along with faith in the entire system).

They tend to jave unreasonable price expectations, will not negotiate a home inspection in good faith, the property usually wont appraise because there is no listing agent involved, they wont drop the price when it doesnt appraise, they wont make lender required repairs and so on and so on.So why spend 20 hours on a transaction that is very unlikely to close?

Now, I wouldn't have raised the rents for the first year for the current tenants, as a gesture of good faith, regardless.

So I lost faith in him coz I would had had paid back in full to family and even add a little insterest or a gift card to thank for the effort of helping me.    

Finding investors you trust to lend to is no doubt a giant leap of faith but maybe instead partner up with a group of friends on a multi and at least put some of that $300K to work for you.

I was ready to walk over the situation and was told I was stuck in the contract as long as the seller was making a good faith effort.

Nice to hear of long-distance investors putting faith and money into my city, that too, Multifamily.
