Think lakefront properties in small towns, destinations with new attractions (casinos, amusement parks)...Another idea is investing in properties suitable for accessory dwelling units to create dual-income setups, especially in cities with relaxed ADU regulations.

Greenfield is in the next county though so I'm definitely not sure how they are as far as replating etc but i definitely can assist. 

They said that per California Revenue and Taxation code, they're asking me to provide them info such as the purchase agreement, rent rolls, etc. to assist them in doing the reappraisal of my property.
