I saw in Charlotte Business journal that housing supply increased in January and continues to increase into February.  

It was 3 or 4 years planning , applying for waivers etc .

If you are a solo-preneur, you can tag another investor in the group to assist.We have action-plans and drips for investors to use for lead generation via call, text, email, door knock, driving for dollars Most of this is done out of the box versus heavy configuration and customization like other systems. 

They eventually sold their business to another company and things were fine after that.All the others were easy.If you are going to switch, you might want to try that after a resident moves out.  

One thing that I would add is your plan to refinance the property once the sellers note matures and that's when you'd pay them the rest of the purchase price through a cash out of the higher valued property.
