The great thing about the podcasts and the book is they generally suggests other reading material to help expand your knowledge on the subject.Lastly, I would suggests setting up "wholesaling" as a keyword alert notification.

Hello, I just started reading Brandon Turner book. I

My favorite MF book is still the BP Beginner's Guide for new folks (as was already mentioned).  

Though it wasn't the first book I have read about real estate investing, it has been the most transparent and thus influential. 

Im a young aspiring Real estate investor looking to get into my first buy and hold rental soon and really just grow my career through persistence and hard work so I can enjoy passivity and get out of the rat race.I'm interested in small multi-family and also ways to finance those deals with low and no money down(Just bought the book).I would love to hear advice and success stories from anyone in the surrounding area, or anyone in general.

I am currently reading a book title winning strategies for today's  real state investor written by Robert Kiyozaki.The book is all about foreclosure strategies, I am almost done reading it, I am willing to take action now.

If they aren't in the ballpark of the book I just say thanks and move on.
