I definitely don't think its gonna get worse from here I think the complete opposite.

So if you started today you would probably be looking at 2026 before it was completed if I had to hazard a guess.Can you clarify how much you plan to invest in real estate?  

@Xavier Mc holder yes I did eventually complete that project.  

So far the biggest challenges for out of state investments has been finding reliable contractors or help to complete projects on time and under budget.

He responded that “Final accounting will be completed and all funds are being sent out at the end of the month with all other owner draws."

You can learn just about anything you need to complete a small project off YouTube and with the right tools.  

So, I reached out to a local brokerage, and they referred me to an agent with significant experience.This man has built a $30 million portfolio himself, and in just a couple of meetings, he completely shifted my perspective.

Everything I have seen under 200k here are complete tear downs.
