I suppose some good ones might be to get better at golf, fly the airplane more (maybe to some golf trips?)

After 9/11 we no longer had any illegal aliens coming into the country that flew planes into buildings or tried to blow them up.Not only did they fly airplanes into our buildings, they got their Flight Training from US Flight Schools.

I too am looking to use RE as a way to fund my airplane stuff.

I was on an airplane, the last Midway flight before they shut their doors for good.

Because of the way they acted, I have a feeling they knew exactly what they were doing (or maybe they really are that variety of a-hole, like the people who think they have exclusive rights to the common arm rest on an airplane).

My airplane partner is building an 8 plex out of those things and has actually started a container manufacturing company.. building mainly small cabins and such.. he has 3 models..

I don't see any serious restriction in airplane travel anytime soon.

I can see why a tenant would not want to use a fan that sounds like an airplane taking off.

AND  .. we shared a few airplanes as partners as well.he is really into this container stuff..

I've done deals with livestock, machinery, cars, boats, an airplane, timeshares, vacation packages, labor traded, professional services, swapped RE, took jewelry as collateral, about everything but the first born, all of it was simply using other assets to leverage a deal or trade in lieu of money.
