Just re-read my post and wanted to include that I decided not to become licensed.  

I say over-reacted because upon re-reading for the third time I do agree that Annette was quoting reasons given in the editorial and not necessarily adopting them as her own.

Please reread what I wrote.

The podcasts are a great source of info and I've recently began rereading The Book on Flipping Houses again. 

I searched google, found this thread, and re-read my own answer from a year ago.

@David Dachtera, after re-reading your original post I suspect that we might be talking about two different things here...

@James Horton rereading your post, I think you are talking about doing a DBA under the LLC of your future business.

I had some other goals I needed to accomplish that I had already started on, so I focused on those. 4 months ago, I told myself it was time I get my real estate license....I ended up taking online classes and passed my state/national exam last week.I came back to this thread to re-read the advice I was given. 

Some people have to re-read the same thing several times before it takes.

I've definitely had to reread and will continue to read that response.
