In either case, there are 3rd parties (I've seen MUC - this isn't a testimonial), but make sure they do collections, otherwise, you may as well generate the letter yourself with some kind of mail merge in WORD.

They also get a good PR boost by looking to care about the environment, and they may as a side note, but they are primarily looking to be on the low point of that reverse sawtooth I told you about at the beginning of this thread.
