I grew up in Metro Detroit and still own a few properties over there.

The 48235 area, since I grew up in the area, familiar with each of the blocks.

However, if you zoom out a little, you can see they did poorly: dipped as much 30% and in 5 years only grew 20-30% (NOT annual). 

I grew up in Southern West Virginia. 

Once we successfully closed those two deals, our reputation for closing deals grew, resulting in an increase in leads coming our way.

I grew up on the east side of the town with a well versed knowledge of the neighborhood.

I grew up in the finger lakes and am intrigued by the price point, but concerned/unsure about the local economy.

I grew up around Winston, and with speaking to some of the agents that I know that are working up that area, it is still and extremely interesting market with plenty of people putting their hands into the pot.

Now lets say you live where I grew up Cupertino and well perfectly good house that is not in the hoody ( although there are not Hoodys on that side of the valley) is 2 mil plus. 

*Sidenote: My family lives in Connecticut which is where I grew up which means accessibility is an obstacle.
