motion sensors, a bath fan timer, turn the lights off once you are in bed as opposed to having to get up to do it.in china, when you leave the hotel room you pull the room key out of this device and the electricity in the entire room shuts off in 5 mins. the fridge stays on. america is never going to adopt this option. lol

I find so funny people think we owe China or anyone else money.

Wayne, I value every word that comes from you but this isn't worth it.This property was bought in the days when I was living in China and buying everything site unseen.

China's economy may actually help us get production back to pre 1970 levels and we can begin actually trading again.  

I am also concerned that oil dropped below $40, which was a critical number for me and China, the world's second largest economy is headed towards a severe recession in the near term.

If it was legal you would not need a Real Estate brokerage industry at all we would just all run around selling others properties like they do in China

Phillip has told me that he shows loss on his tax returns for last 20 years because he had a huge business with China 20 years ago and he lost it over 1M, that's why he was writing the loss off every year and he had not to pay any taxes because of that loss:-)Thank you very much, Phillip Bundy for this lesson!!!
