And it all has to do with local jobs and vacationers.If we pressume no vaccine will arrive before Q2 or Q3 2021 at the earliest and government imposed social distancing constraints combined with a reluctance by some folks to not want to re-engage in crowded activities - it all translates to a sizable reduction in visitors / revenue.

Especially when they dont understand how business works.It's amazing to see how so many people commenting on other posts on this forum are so "business savvy" when it comes to collecting money BUT when it comes time to pay or they realize someone else makes more money then they did because they are smarter, work harder or RUN MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMSthey're egos get hurt and they scream lifes not fair.

And for that matter, if your plans progress, it might be worth taking a bit of a road trip and specifically staying in some tiny home rentals to gain a better understanding of the visitor experience.On a side note, I'm curious what type of insurance policy you'd need/be able to find for your intended use of the tiny home.
