I see the wonderful connections that are happening on BiggerPockets, but I can't help but second guess myself with all the adults in my life (non-real estate investors) that caution me against trusting anyone i don't know in real estate.

I just purchased a two bedroom town house with 6 kids and 2 adults living there.. it cash flows well as it is so I don’t plan on going through the eviction process but I have experienced similar feelings.
