For real estate investing, a few experienced professionals might be good enough.

And another clue - I have subsidized and un-subsidized living side by side in same location, which means it's good enough!

Accordingly, we've found that most professionals we've attempted to use across all areas of real estate have frustrated us--slow returned calls, inconsistent follow up, conveying incomplete information, doing work that is just good enough, etc.

I just have an issue offering an investment opportunity if I think it wouldn't be good enough for my own money and there are many other opportunities elsewhere.

Bill Gulley I take it this clause she has isn't good enough because they could argue that it is "purely incidental to residential use" ?

With your curent steady income, you are used to a certain  life style which you cannot sustain if the steady income stops and you wait on houses to sell to make sporadic income .. 800K in retirement is not good enough if you want to maintain your $200K comobined income lifestyle for a long time.

If it's good enough and gets the viewership, somebody will approach you from there.A lot of shows have gone this route, starting as a web series.
