Word of wisdom to people out there:  When someone is trying to get your attention by "selling you the sizzle, not the steak" such as taking pictures next to their expensive sports car or has a video of some random guy sail surfing with slogans all over the page like "quit your 9 - 5", BE VERY CAUTIOUS.  

In summary though, I want to be prudent and cautious as we move through this market cycle.

I have no reason or interest in discriminating, but I do have reason to be cautious if I cannot communicate with my tenants.

While I am usually cautious about using leverage, the current interest rates of 4.5% make this a no brainer.

GRP,I'm always cautious when someone promises up to a 90% return on investment within a year.

I know from my own bad experiences doing it, that it is something to do very cautiously.

It is probable that even the prudent, more cautious investors are going to have plenty of time to make their move, because the conditions that are currently making moving overseas a more viable and intelligent option have both a fast and a slow evolution. ...and those factors are here to stay.

You better move cautiously, and you better have a good Real Estate attorney on retainer to ask questions.

A word of cautious, don't over-leverage. 

One can never be too cautious.
