If you can automate that, even better.Have education classes, probably at least every two months.Be an expert in a specialized product....whatever that is you or your org want to offer. 

All that to say:  I'm not sure what you'd be trying to gain by hiring a person to sift through automated data and make this comparison, but starting with an understanding of Zillow's inherent data accuracy in your market would be a good start :) 

I've done my fair share of research and some may say "waste of time, find an agent for the MLS automated listings"- but wouldn't it be helpful if I could do myself?

It has the normal benefits of technology and automation for guest relations and communication with added benefits of on site staff, commercial zoning (no neighborhood issues), close proximity to shopping/retail/job centers, and gym, pool, and outdoor courtyard on site.

So I sent them an email, to which I received an automated reply saying they would respond within two business days.

But I am using Podio to automate my workflows create leases in less then a minute, have applications and inquiries on my website flow right into my Podio database.

And as far as your business goes what are some things that are automated and how do you stay on top of every lead that comes in.
