Not only does it hide the hole, it makes the hallway look larger and ads some decoration to a boring space! 

That's why I believe, this site is great so people could share the info and not trying to hide it.

Interested lobbyist and vested financial entities can hide all the loopholes and exemptions they like in an unreadable bill.In both cases we still are in a situation where we have added so many rules that we effectively have no rules

A Ponzi is slightly different, more of a "robbing Peter to pay Paul" scheme where money from new investors is used to pay returns to earlier investors in order to hide the fact that whatever the investment vehicle is that the scheme is based upon (originally the arbitrage of postage stamp coupons) is insufficient in realizing the promised returns. 

The reality is that most small real estate investors are simply hiding behind a LLC to escape financial responsibility so it is not too difficult to see that a single person and maybe their spouse as principals actually are responsible for whatever damages are claimed.

@J Scott  there are many places that will double value in few yearsMaybe you want to "hide" your place where you invest, you don't want many people going to your area ?

From living in the constant state of either rain or 100% humidity - potpourri and other odor cover-ups can't hide the mustiness.

Get thicker skin - if you can't ignore somebody hiding behind a computer, how will you react when confronted with some of the sorts of tenants that are out there?

Why even bother because it makes me think there is too much to hide and I will expend too much energy to uncover the real truth..."
