Hello - I've posted once before regarding property manager issues, and now it's clear that it's time to find a new manager with the accumulation of issues resulting in financial loss. 

Maybe in a year, rents will have gone up a bit, but even if you have to take a small loss, it's still someone else paying down 95% of your mortgage, giving you free equity and then there's any appreciation that accumulates as well. 

I wouldn't sell your house...especially if the goal is to accumulate rentals.  

However, if I could work to land something that helps me accumulate funds at a faster rate, I'm sure that will make starting out on my REI journey a lot less painful in many ways. 

Unfortunately, I had to take out student loans for college (and degrees that I don't get to use), my credit went from being perfect to being in the toilet due to being so sick for years and years, my income has been random for awhile as I've been working to get healthy and find something I love and works for my body, and any savings I had accumulated has since been long gone trying to stay afloat in the hardest of times.

@Jeremy Morton the wealth you accumulate through index funds will be a much slower process versus investing in real estate.

If like @Frank Wong it is the accumulation of money then that should be your pursuit. 

I want to leave simpler life and that's one of the reason I'm looking to accumulate enough passive income so I can achieve it.

Because some day, you will want to hire one if you accumulate enough properties.  

You work each day to accumulate money to pay off the debt.
