There was a point in time there was talk about some LAX airport overflow stuff too.  

Currently we own two neighboring parcels; the one on which we live, and one adjacent which is raw, flat, street-front land, each about 1.3 acres. 

It's very strong and to take a hammer to bash up the tile tends to also damage the plaster/drywall in the adjacent rooms.

Near airport & University.

We live in west Vancouver, the historic part of the city, and are only 20 minutes from the PDX airport.

Additionally, I've extended the finished floor underneath the apron of the shower/tub and adjacent baseboard and then caulked the apron and baseboard to the finished flooring.  

I'll start retroactively.7/30/17  11pm:  I arive to the airport and begin drinking immediately. 

Not sure how you could have boxed it, if there is a passageway adjacent to the refrigerator.I'm not fond of the trendy top mount bowls - they require fancy faucets that typically don't give "pressure" to the water flow.

You can update lighting in the whole area, including adjacent rooms, to tie it all together.
