@Stephan Cheek I own a few Airbnb properties here in Napa Valley and the adjacent county.

Though my property is within 2 blocks of the community college, a private university (Simpson) and a school of ministry, plus adjacent to a convenience store, and public transportation. 

Over by Maryland north of the airport in teh quadplex community, south/southwest by Chinatown.

It has great hunting on the property, but really limits what you can do.Its close to a airport and about 20 miles from a big town.Anyone ever known someone to do this?

The ABE airport is pretty decent and we are also only an hour from Philly, and just over an hour from Newark.

For now I'm developing an unused portion of one of two adjacent lots but I will eventually want to add density to the developed portions of both lots so I'm thinking that it makes sense to survey both of them at once. 

Between the new ball park, the $200M+ planned for Worcester airport, and the already completed investments, I really think Worcester will continue to improve as a city in the next decade.

My father has a house located in Ft Lauderdale, about 10 minutes from airport and close to Las Olas and Hard Rock hotel.
