thanks Chris again for sharing the screenshots. this tool, is it an complex excel or a stand-alone software that I need to install on my windows or Mac. on the web page it looks like a software program, but your screenshot looks more like excel. !!

Their initial response was sorry no we don't lend on US properties, and then after some digging and approaching them again with webpages that indicate they do, they came back and said you'll need to talk to our US locations about that - definitely going to pursue it, but just seems weird they wouldn't be wanting to promote their financial services. 

Any real buyers will be on the internet, and I'd imagine this is on the MLS as well as all the big national webpages we're familiar with. 

I found the topics with most posts usually are the most informative but now there's no way I can find the topic with some of the most posts.The web page push feature looks cool but produces redundant information,  some posts appear several times and looks unorganized.
