I am considering building a rooftop deck/rooftop terrace on the rear side of an upper level addition. 

A handy search bar in the upper right makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

May be a good time to get a fixer-upper in a nice neighborhood and fill with roommates, or a 2-4 unit and do the same thing there. 

Tenant in upper level unit #B will be billed based off of 2,537 total square footage, of each bill.

Just got done reading the entire thread, so what is the conclusion who are the reputable lenders with a closing track history that can be verified that lend 100% without charging an arm and a leg to good qualifiers with good credit and income?

The neighbor told us she taught pole dancing in one of the rooms & the guy who bought the home from us found the solid brass pole in the basement & the ceiling header & floor base firmly attached in one of the upper 6 bedrooms.

We might be more willing to finance projects that banks consider too risky, such as fixer-uppers or properties in less conventional markets. 

Wholesalers can be a great resource as they will take the leg work out finding the properties for you, but assigning contracts can come with difficulties in the title.

And I’ve only had to do that once because the guy had his leg amputated and couldn’t get around the house safely.
