I know there is no one right answer and some variable, but looking for ideas/advice. 

-The seller is on board with the idea of sharing equity (this needs to be documented upfront in the financing agreement).

I like the idea above about trying to do MTR.

The idea is simple: purchase a property, live in one part, and rent out the rest to offset your mortgage or even generate profit.

In retrospect this $200 was never mentioned in the original pitch but I later discovered that even the idea of one time payment and forever help until you make the $1M profit and split with them is not true.

I'm curious about number 4-could you expand on the idea there?
