Now I guessed my interest rate using my my credit score and a few websites so I don't think that is the best way to get them and if anyone can give some insight on how to get more realistic rates I'll really appreciate it and ill refine the report.

The best I could do here is get a duplex and have my tenant help paying mortgage but at the end of the day Ill be paying quite a bit for property.

And it sounds like you serendipitously had gloves on throughout all this --even blood-borne illnesses can't pass to you if their blood stays on the outside of your gloves!

I believe that home rates ill continue to go up for how long unsure. 

Ill be moving in three years to either Hawaii or Colorado - and I would love to find a way to manage them all without having to spend ~$900/mo between my 3 properties.
