There are always trade offs with real estate investing.

It will co-exist with other "new" payment methods such as google pay, apple pay and credit card etc, because the target customers are different.

And frankly wholesaling while alive and well in Oregon  compared to other states where you have a lot of inner city low value assets that primarily trade through wholesalers..

Anthony,You would be surprised by using some old school methods like simply writing a letter like you mentioned. 

In the latest offering, I read it is classified as a "publicly traded partnership," which leads me to believe a Schedule K-1 will be involved?
