The house next door to mine just sold to an Asian investor, cash purchase, who intends to rent it out.  

Right now I teamed up with serval Asian foreign investors to flip house in SF bay area(buy/demolish/rebuild/sale).

There are too many people chasing too few listings in the hot West LA market.If you look at your watch, you missed the low hanging fruit in 2010 - 2011Consequently, most of the deals are going to cash heavy investors and those who see a value-add opportunity and know how to exploit it (scape and rebuild bigger, add rooms, build up, redesign, aggregate property, etc.).Suggest you go to the Los Angeles and Asian REIA that meets monthly in Arcadis and rub shoulders with players.

additionally shop vac cabinets and carpets, put in fridge, range, washer, and dryer. putting ads on craigslist, flyers at an asian market, flyers at wsu, newman, and butler cc in andover.
