What makes you think that if it is vacant and being worked on a little bit at a time over the next 6 months that stuff won't keep getting stolen?

He has close to $3,000 in unpaid water/sewer bills, a stolen furnace, and no insurance, a property he owned for three years and had exactly two tenants, one for two months, the other for six(but paid only three months) and now has a dilapidated property that he's going to sell at about a $30k loss. 

Question: How do you secure travel trailers from being stolen (a real concern), or vandalized before anyone has a chance to move in?

Too much to explain here, but park owned homes due to turn over, damage, stolen appliances, wrecked ACs etc you bairly make a nickle on the home rent.

Hence gift cards for book stores, movies, spas, restaurants, electronics stores etc. all score highly while gift cards for grocery stores, hardware stores or mass merchandisers such as Wal-Mart would have less of an effect.

Then you may be stuck dealing with occupants that refuse to leave, stolen appliances/fixtures/cabinets, a place that's been trashed, outstanding liens that you weren't aware of, etc.I heard of a young lady that got excited about foreclosures about four years ago.

Assets can be stolen, lost, seized, squandered.

CR maybe even scores worse in the petty theft category (at least you can leave your flip flops on the beach while swimming at most beaches in Mexico without them being stolen, unlike Costa Rica).
