They have a great bearing on your profitability, but they don't affect the rent.

At $1,700 a month, I would profit $300 which would go towards my new rent which is $475 a month.

I was able to move out of my parents house in an expensive market by using the other unit rent to cover the majority of the expenses.

A nightstand or dining with 70 pieces is a major bottleneck and keeps your team from moving onto other tasks, whereas one that is already assembled might cost $50-100 more but only takes minutes to unpack. 

Can you explain the mechanics.I think in majority part it's really about simplicity. 

You can be the money partner, and the other partner can manage the operations and then you can both split the profit. 

With my strategy I have already surpassed a big companies net profit for my client since October.

We were just really lucky to not have any major issues pop up until last year.
