The reality is everyone has to start somewhere, so find an agent who's willing to be patient, to answer questions, and be a resource.

I have been using both of the above for various things the last few years during my day job and plan to use one for my personal business as well.You do not need to be "an agent" to use a service like this... even my doctors office uses docusign for new patient signup.

I'll be patient and see how it plays out though.

If you're up to the work and are patient, this is a great way to add value and also increase your inventory (which isn't abundant right now). 

I'm simply being patient and am adding to my savings (and by savings I mean money for buying properties).For everyone, including myself, I yell, don't do a deal that doesn't give you the cash flow you want!
