Add refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave hood and we did the kitchen for between $4500-$5000.

Clean inside the fridge, inside the microwave, inside the dishwasher.

The kitchen has been remodeled and includes a stainless steel refrigerator, built in stainless microwave, electric stovetop, built in oven and a pantry.

What about those over range venting microwaves?

When you do a walk-through you go through and show them everything is clean (oven, bathroom, microwave, stove, fridge, floors, doors, walls...everything).  

My List of potential rehab items in rough order:- Replace all carpet/existing laminate with new laminate (approx 1200sq ft) (do it myself)- Tile bathrooms/kitchen (approx 400sq ft) (not sure)- Remove popcorn ceiling throughout (do it myself)- Paint walls / trim (contract)- Move a/c unit (contract)- Paint kitchen cabinets (myself)- Move oven back to where it should be / range hood and microwave (myself)- New countertops (contract)- Backsplash in kitchen (not sure)- Porch/deck off back door (not sure)- Gutters (contract)(First time posting pics to the forum)What am I missing?

If I didn't know any better, I would say I just took a ride in a time machine, especially after seeing that stove and microwave BEFORE. ;)

Two weeks later they complained the microwave was not working, so we replaced a new one.
