There’s a big difference between disagreeing with someone’s methods, promises, and forecasts, and detecting actual fraud.I’m not sure that for many of the gurus we call out that fraud is so easily detected, let alone proved.  

Hey @Natalie Medved, so I differ a bit from everyone who has replied.I would scour Craigslist, OfferUP and FB marketplace looking for USA made quality furniture.

You can easily list the property yourself on zillow, FB market place and Craigslist.

Since I will now be a local landlord of 4 doors I wanted to take over management myself - self manage to save money and have more control.I will use Zillow and FB marketplace to advertise vacancies.

. * I have a lot of luck with Facebook Marketplace.

This won't be easy in the current marketplace.

I went on FB Marketplace and set up a search for room rentals in my area.

However.... if I list my house for sale on Craigslist, FB Marketplace, Zillow/Trulia, etc.... am I still obligated to follow their rules of ME paying the buyer's agent commission?? 

In addition, I'd post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, LandSearch, LandCentury.
