They are eligible for ROFR only if other conditions are met(i.e paid on time, no damage, non-refundable fee per exercise of it).That way you'll get them to behave well, can price accordingly, and hopefully keep them around if they are good.

@Nadir M. many PMCs post samples of the management contracts on their websites.So, you can download a bunch, sort through them and then cut & paste what works for you.You will still NEED to have an experienced real estate attorney review for final approval to make sure its compliant with state and local statutes.

Offer contract with an agent will be a standard vacant land OTP and they should provide you with a sample copy before you list and go over it all with you so there's no surprises.
