I tell little girls just how adorable they are; I hold the door for my elders, & always let them go ahead of me (even when they take their time); & I stop to let cars out in traffic, allow people the right of way in crosswalks, & politely wave when everyone else beeps at me in appreciation ;0)To say the least some of my ways are a bone of contention for most of my Mass friends that explain to me (over, & over, & over) that my "friendliness" gives off the wrong impression ;0).

Hi everyone,My name is Joseph Montgomery, and I a brand new RE Investor in the area.I've been happily married for the the past 6 yrs now and we have 6 beautiful children(we both had two girls that we were raising alone, when we met; came  together and added a boy, and recently a baby girl) i know that may be a a little TMI for an introduction, but hey thats who i am.I right now am employed as a independent contractor with a courier company in the area, so i do alot of driving around looking at houses..My goal is to be a successful RE Investor full time..making 10 deals per month, averaging 75,000 per month.

The idea of being able to spend one week working and 3 weeks as a Stay-at-home-dad with his girls (truly leading a kind of 4 hour work week suggested by Tim Farris) and becoming financially free within 5 years (give or take)  is a dream come true for him!

I personally enjoyed clicking the purchase button on Amazon Prime and giddy like a school girl when its delivered to my house.  

It really inspired me and he told me he could try to get me started as long as I do MY PART and acquire knowledge.He invited me to attend my first auction so I can see how everything works....Bottom line guys/girls, I want to be successful in this business.

I'm a basketball junkie and I have two 12 yr old girls (they are two of a set of triplets) that play at the Courts.I also read that you are into flipping houses.

I'm married and a mom of 4 beautiful girls.

Its like if your friend goes on a date with a girl and on the way out introduces you to her.  

I would be more than happy to steer you in the right direction.Since moving back to the area where I grew up, I started dating a girl who also sees the benefits of investing in real estate.

It's kinda like dating...at some point you have to try to kiss the girl...you can never be 100% sure what her reaction will be but you can be 100% sure that if you never try you will remain frustrated.
